1.  Individual Counselling


 We offer one-on-one counselling sessions tailored to the
specific needs of your child. Using a combination of talk therapy, play therapy, and solution-focused techniques, we create a safe and supportive space where your child can express their feelings, explore their thoughts, and work through any challenges they may be facing.
 
 
2.  Nature Therapy


 Nature plays a vital role in healing and growth. Our
sessions can take place indoors or outdoors, in our peaceful gardens, by our billabong, or under the shade of a tree. Nature therapy allows children to connect with the environment, engage in sensory experiences, and find solace in the natural world, promoting emotional regulation and overall well-being.



3.  Creative Therapies


 Art, craft, play therapy and creative expression are powerful tools for children to
process emotions and experiences.  We incorporate these activities into our sessions to help children explore their feelings  in a non-verbal, yet profoundly meaningful way. This can include painting, drawing, crafting, and more.

3. Nature Therapy


Nature offers a
calming and healing environment that can greatly benefit teens. Our nature therapy sessions take place in our tranquil outdoor spaces, including gardens, by the billabong, or under the shade of trees. These sessions allow teens to connect with nature, which can help reduce stress, enhance mood, and promote emotional balance.
